As a fellow for the first ever Sound Up: Behind the Mic Fellowship at Spotify, I lead produced an episode of a limited run podcast series along with the two other fellows called Small Talk is Dead. Small Talk is Dead is an exploration of the rules around race, gender and money that features memories, expert voices and a lil’ drama in between!

StoryCorps

I joined the beloved oral history non-profit organization StoryCorps to travel the country for a “year of listening.” I recorded over 300 meaningful conversations between strangers, friends and family members for 40 minutes at a time in person from Arizona to California and then virtually from Idaho, Nevada to Texas.
